With a new year comes a renewed sense of focus and self care. The pandemic has brought a level of trauma, grief and mental exhaustion that no one could have anticipated.

Join First Church this March as we focus on Mental Health and bring a special program, Stars & Shells, to our community. This ecumenical program aims to create a healing space for people to gather just to be – to be inspired and to be present to each other. Stars & Shells provides a casual setting for participants to simply relax and listen to selected prayers read from Guerrillas of Grace, a book of prayers written by Rev. Ted Loder, as well as original, inspired songs written and performed by Christina Nordstrom.
This retreat will be led by Rev. Tina and Christian Nordstrom.
