Food Recovery Program
First Church has been approached to join with Waquoit Church to aid in food recovery. Waquoit already has contacts and we could make new ones, to retrieve unopened, not quite yet expired food from groceries, service stations etc. After retrieving the food it is sorted and delivered to local sober homes and other communities which maybe food insecure.
