First Church of Christ has many opportunities for group activities and small group ministries. All groups provide education, fellowship, spiritual and service components, but each emphasizes one or more of these elements.
Ministering to one another through sharing of common interests, personal faith and caring.

ADULT FELLOWSHIP, EDUCATION and SUPPORT
Church Circle
Womens' fellowship and support for individual growth, spiritual and material welfare.
Encourage Christian community service. Fourth Thursdays at noon.

Gathering for Prayer
Tuesdays evenings -- Sanctuary is open from 7:00 -- 7:30pm for prayer and meditation.
2nd Wednesday of each month -- There is a worship service prior to committee meetings at 6:30 p.m.

Yoga Group
Stretching and Meditation for all ages and body types.
Tuesdays 7:00 -- 8:15pm -- $40.00 per 8-week session or $10 per class on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Fellowship
Adult social group that meets on an occasional basis. Features “potluck” suppers and programs as arranged by its members. Posted in The Spire and Bulletin.

Memorial Garden Group
Informal group that tends the patio garden by sweeping, watering, weeding, pruning etc. As available, work on the general church grounds. Informal-no structure-moderate work-meaningful social contact.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Weave healing prayers into knitted shawls for those in need of comfort.
